No. Hosted public scans are static by default. Build/test execution is only for trusted local or self-hosted deployments that explicitly enable it.
It is a consent-based, low-impact live check for apps you own or are authorized to test. It uses GET/OPTIONS mostly, does not brute force, and does not submit forms.
Pro is a simple subscription. Team billing is not part of this MVP yet.
